Bookings will only become confirmed upon receipt of full payment to Ridgeline Wānaka
Payment Options
Credit card payments will incur a [2.9%] fee which is added at the time of payment.
Direct website bookings will incur a [2.9%] credit card fee.
Payment via direct bank credit is also available, please email us to request an invoice for details of bank account.
Cancellations:
Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event (some exceptions may apply)
Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled before 24 hours of the event.
If we have to cancel the tour due to weather or any other factor, we will provide a suitable alternative or provide a 100% refund.

Risk Disclosure Statement for Mammoth Ltd Trading as Ridgeline Wānaka and REKO Private Guides.
You must be fully informed of potential risks before you make the decision to book with us. There are inherent risks in our off-road adventures and hiking tours. We travel remote and sometimes steep farm tracks with steep drops below tracks. There is also the potential of rocks etc falling onto our vehicles or your person (while hiking) from above the tracks. Should an accident occur causing a vehicle to leave the track or rocks fall onto a vehicle from above track there is a risk of serious injury to your person. Be assured that we take safety very seriously. All our guides are fully trained to identify and minimise risks and follow strict safety guidelines set out in our externally audited Safety Management System to minimise risk. All our guides are first aid trained but you also need to know that we do not carry defibrillators and/or epipens. We do carry emergency locator beacons in all our vehicles and you will be shown how to operates these during our pre-trip safety briefings (incase you need to get help for your guide) In the event you require medical treatment help will be up to 1 hour away due to the remote areas we operate in.
